Some people groups have spent their working career experiencing the 8-5 grind, and then go home to experience a "family life". Some have grown accustomed to getting their work complete whenever and where-ever they want, even in the waiting room at the Doctors Office. Some are apt to go with the flow, and will do what they are told. Some won't stand to be apart of a group that won't allow them the flexibility to work and live at the same time, where-ever they are.
